Delivery Information

• Plain or plain-bordered rugs (12-14 mm pile depth): Dispatched within 3 weeks.*
• Standard rugs: Dispatched within 4-6 weeks of design approval.
• Complex/Large rugs: Dispatched within 8 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.
• Designer rugs from our hand-knotted designer collections: Dispatched in approximately 8-12 weeks.

We offer free delivery to most international destinations:

• Orders above £250 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders below £250 will incur a delivery surcharge, bringing the total cost to at least £250. This surcharge will be applied at checkout.

We can normally reach most locations. However, if your property has restricted access such as a top-floor flat, a gated property, a location on a narrow road, or any other factor that may impact delivery - please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best delivery method. Additional charges may apply if a non-standard courier service is required. If we determine that your destination requires special arrangements, we will contact you after you place your order.

Rugs exceeding 3 meters (9.8 ft) in both dimensions may incur a supplemental delivery charge, depending on your location. Our team will provide you with the cost after you place your order.

Delivery times for bespoke rug orders will vary from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on factors such as design complexity, materials commissioned, and sizes. Costs are calculated at the time of quotation.

Express and Super Express delivery service is available for selected products:

• Express: Delivered within 3 weeks.*
• Super Express: Delivered within 2 weeks.*

Two-Man Service

If bringing a rug into your living or working space from outside is challenging, we offer a two-man delivery service to assist.

• Delivered by a two-man team.
• Call ahead with an accurate delivery time.
• Rugs carried inside your home.

Standard deliveries occur Monday-Friday, from 9AM to 5PM, with single-person delivery to your door. Items must be signed for upon receipt ...unless rugs are left in safe place. Please see our returns page for more information. When opening the rug packaging, do not use a blade; instead, use scissors and cut away from you to avoid damaging the rug inside.

Rug Couture will arrange and pay for any applicable import taxes before dispatching your order. If in the unlikely event any additional customs fees are applied, please pay them, and we will reimburse you promptly.
